This beautiful apartment is situated in the best location of the historical centre of Spoleto,

a charming medieval town in the centre of Italy. One and a quarter hour from Rome, half

an hour from Perugia, and twenty minutes from Assisi.
You will find “Il Cantico” in a pretty corner, surrounded by a mixture of narrow alleys,

 steps and the boundary wall. The Home has splendid view of “Chiostro di San Nicolo”

 and is very luminous. Downstairs there is a sitting room a kitchen and a bathroom.
Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms, a single studio bedroom and a bathroom all with

beams. All the furniture reflects the antique atmosphere of Spoleto, with its theatres,

churches and monuments. We would like to add that people with handicap are always

welcome, but the home is on different levels, with a few steps here and there.
Everyone who has stayed in “Il Cantico” has always returned because it's difficult

 to forget such a mystic atmosphere!!
